Most stock is ordered in the spring, therefore we have limited species available in the fall. Orders may not be ready until November.
The list of currently available tree seedlings is below. Once you have decided on your order, email a list of the tree species and quantities for each species, a good phone number to contact you, and anticipated planting location to trees@fairfaxreleaf.org. You MUST include all 4 pieces of information to have your order placed in the queue.
You WILL NOT receive an order confirmation. You will ONLY be contacted when your order is ready for pick-up or if there is an issue with your order.
We do not offer delivery. Pick-up will be at one of 2 locations in Fairfax County.
Be sure to include the following in your email to trees@fairfaxreleaf.org:
Name of species ordering
Number of seedlings for each species
A good phone number to contact you
Anticipated planting location
Not sure what to order? Check out our resources at the bottom of the page.

Why does it take so long for orders to be bundled?
We are in the field a great deal during the spring and fall. Bundling orders for individuals is just one of many things we do. Other events ReLeaf runs include plantings with volunteers, invasive removal, and distributions with companies and Supervisors' offices. On the days ReLeaf is running these events, we cannot be bundling orders for individual distributions.
Unlike a commercial nursery we do not have set hours with one location. We bundle seedling orders at our cooler location. We do not have the staff to be at this location every day bundling.
Every order is different - bundling cannot be done by assembly line. Each order is specifically bundled for that person. This system is great for getting specific trees and shrubs to you, but does require a little more patience. We really do want you to get your order.
